• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Experience working in a client-facing role is essential.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Soweto.
