Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a significant focus on the FMCG manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to optimize production processes and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
