Job summary

Humankind is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to take overall responsibility for the performance, growth and operational execution of its Lesotho business. This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven leader with strong experience across FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution or a complex multi-site environment.

You will provide visible leadership, translate strategy into execution and drive sustainable growth by bringing diverse functions together around

Qualifications

• 10+ years' relevant business/operational management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership/general management role.
• Proven P&L and budget accountability.
• Experience managing a significant business unit, region or country operation.
• Southern African/Lesotho experience would be advantageous.
