Job summary

The Working Earth is seeking a mature, experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day shopping centre operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and tenant relations. You will manage contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, budgets, and capital projects while driving cost control, sustainability, and service excellence across the centre.

This role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and hands-on problem solving to maintain a safe and well-maintained

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or retail operations.
• At least 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations including maintenance, security, and cleaning.
• Manage tenant relations and contractor oversight for service providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety standards.
• Manage operational budgets, capital projects, and cost control.
