Job summary

SydSen Recruit is assisting a multidisciplinary engineering client in Gauteng to recruit an Operations Manager who will lead day-to-day operations, ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will manage multiple engineering projects, drive efficiency, and foster OEM partnerships while maintaining client and supplier relationships and ensuring HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field will be advantageous.
• 1-2 years' experience in Operations or Project Management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in engineering, mining, or construction sectors.
• Knowledge of project planning and contract management.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Must have valid driver's license and own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities across all business units.
