Huble is a digital business & CRM consultancy and an Elite HubSpot Partner. We seek a Senior Business Operations Manager to own internal operations, data, reporting, and process improvements. You will lead a small team and drive initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer outcomes.

You will manage budgets, build dashboards, and integrate AI into daily operations, while maintaining ISO 9001 readiness and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in business operations.
• Proven experience coaching and developing team members.
• Strong project management across complex initiatives.
• Own data and reporting infrastructure end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives and deliver projects to completion.
• Drive organisational change management and alliance across teams.
• Own Huble's reporting capabilities end-to-end including KPI dashboards.
• Own TeamLeader Orbit as a core operational system and drive automation.
• Define and document Huble processes and ISO 9001 compliance elements.
• Line management of Business Operations team and mentorship.
