Placements24 is seeking an experienced Operations Lead - Logistics in East London to manage and enhance our client’s logistics operations. You will oversee warehousing, transportation and inventory, lead a team, and implement cost-effective supply chain practices in a hybrid on-site/off-site setup.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and at least 4 years of logistics management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and practical

• 4+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in managing transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of supply chain software and systems (WMS, TMS).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
