Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Lead or similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics management.
