Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent
• Strong MS Word/Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Valid driver’s license (for role requirements)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough company research and engage in on‑the‑job training
• Maintain records of administrative documents and office equipment
• Prepare POs and PRFs as needed
• Assist with vendor setup in Ariba and update vendor details
• Process invoices using OpenText and monitor payment status
• Attend meetings, workshops and team‑building activities
• Document experiences in a learning log and prepare reports
