Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports with data-driven recommendations for process optimization.

• Collaborate with department managers and team leads to implement approved process changes.
• Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to model and simulate process outcomes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing support for continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in process analysis , operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and ideally data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly in a remote setting.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
