Placements24 in Paarl, in partnership with a major FMCG player, is seeking an Operations Coordinator who can keep daily logistics, inventory, and interdepartmental coordination running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on processing orders, managing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers, and supporting continuous process improvements to meet production and distribution targets.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations or logistics support, preferably FMCG.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operational activities including order processing, inventory management, and dispatch schedules.
• Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FMCG products.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and delivery performance.
• Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and process enhancements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Support the operations management team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
