We have an opportunity in the Urban Region (Western Cape) servicing Agrimark Stores and Agrimark Packaging Stores in towns as set out below, stationed in one of the towns or surrounding areas with travel to branches on short notice.

Job Specification

The incumbents will be responsible for overseeing the finance and admin function for the Trade Urban region, providing ad hoc decision support to senior management, driving efficiencies and system improvements, and providing timely and accurate reporting and service to stakeholders within the business.

Minimum Requirements

• B Degree (BCom or CIMA) with 4 years related experience


• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge


• NB: Your own transport is an inherent requirement.

• Compile monthly reports


• Coordinate annual branch & capital budget


• Control financial feasibility studies and cost analysis for new proposals, projects, and infrastructure


• Strategic support to Regional Manager, branches, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure branch controls are implemented in line with company policy


• Optimize utilization of Agrimark networks


• Provide sound advice to internal clients on applications and systems


• Manage and assist with the annual external audit

• Ensure stock counts are done in accordance with policy and ensure all variances are reported accurately


• Report on functional information


• Drive the collection of and reporting on functional business information

• Assist/train/upskill branch staff on financial systems, policies & procedures
