Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with ERP or operational business systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Support enhancements to ERP and other digital business platforms.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and user documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support implementation and changes.
