Job summary

Capital Assignments is seeking a seasoned risk manager to support management in establishing and executing risk actions across wealth management units. The role focuses on risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting, plus identifying controls to mitigate risk.

The successful candidate will foster a strong risk culture and liaise with assurance functions inside and outside the organization to ensure compliance with FAIS and related regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ operations management experience in a wealth manager.
• Experience with risk and control frameworks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk culture.

Responsibilities

• Support management in setting and executing actions to manage risk across business units.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report risk, and identify key controls to mitigate risk.
• Promote a strong risk culture and coordinate with assurance functions internally and externally.

Duties & Responsibilities
