Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years pastry or CDP experience in a quality kitchen is essential.
• Genuine passion for health-focused, whole-food and farm-to-table cooking is essential.
• Baking experience: breads, sourdough, pastries and nourishing desserts is essential.
• Ability to run the bakery section independently when required.
• Willingness to work with a grain mill, jaggery, heritage flours and seasonal garden produce.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn and grow in a unique environment.
• Impeccably presented and professional for open kitchen guest visibility.
• Fluent English and stable work history with references.

Responsibilities

• Work with farm garden produce, grain mill and whole natural ingredients daily.
• Run and assist the bakery section — breads, sourdoughs, pastries and more.
• Create health-focused desserts that are nourishing and genuinely delicious.
• Work openly and professionally in view of guests in an open kitchen.
• Grow into a specialised pastry role with guidance and support.
