Job summary

Auto & Truck Tyres is seeking a hands-on supervisor to coordinate technical teams on-site, ensuring installations, maintenance and repairs are completed safely and to client standards. You will read drawings and project plans, supervise daily site operations, monitor quality and safety, and liaise with clients, contractors and management on progress.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Relevant technical qualification or trade certificate.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical or supervisory role.
• Experience supervising teams on-site.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and technical staff.
• Ensure work follows project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor workmanship quality and safety compliance.
