Job summary

Cre8work! is seeking a qualified individual to supervise and coordinate technical teams on-site in Boksburg, South Africa. You will ensure installations, maintenance, repairs, and projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to both company and client standards.

The successful candidate will require strong leadership and communication skills, a good understanding of health and safety regulations, and a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a technical or supervisory role. Training and guidance will also be provided to junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical or supervisory role.
• Experience supervising teams on-site.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Computer literacy (reporting systems, emails).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and technical staff.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues or risks.
• Allocate tasks and manage staff productivity on-site.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and management regarding project progress.
