Job summary

ABB South Africa seeks an experienced administrator to provide support across business units, handling research, reporting, organization charts, and internal/external communications.

You will coordinate communications programs, maintain knowledge sharing, and help drive ABB processes for efficiency. Onsite work in Johannesburg with opportunities to influence the Electrification Service footprint in SA and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in general admin and communication.
• Experience developing and implementing corporate communication plans.
• Degree in BCOM Business Management.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist a business manager in essential administration tasks (research, compiling/verifying information, reports, presentations, org charts, correspondence).
• Manage internal/external communications within area of responsibility and share knowledge to keep others informed.
• Implement ABB processes and pursue continuous improvement of administrative procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Serve as the point of contact for inquiries via phone and email and route issues appropriately.
