Placements24 is seeking an innovative Online Curriculum Developer to create engaging and effective learning materials for a wide range of subjects. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a focus on high educational standards and accessible digital curricula.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and multimedia specialists to design and refine courses, applying instructional design principles and UX best practices for diverse online

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses, modules, and learning content across various subjects.
• Apply principles of instructional design, adult learning theory, and user experience to create effective learning materials.
• Write clear, concise, and accurate content, including learning objectives, assessments, and interactive activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Evaluate and revise existing curriculum content to ensure it remains current, relevant, and effective for online learning .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in developing online or digital learning curricula.
• Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
