Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a New Patient Navigator to support the Valkyrie Clinical Trials Century City, CA site. You will manage the patient path from referral intake through Cycle 1 Day 1, coordinating records, scheduling initial consults, and guiding patients through the enrollment process.

This role emphasizes white-glove coordination with physicians and the clinical team. The position requires at least 5 years of patient-facing experience, oncology exposure, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience working directly with patients, including referral coordination or patient navigation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main administrative contact for referring physicians and staff, ensuring timely referrals and clear patient status updates.
• Acknowledge referrals and confirm needed records (paths, imaging, pathology, insurance).
• Close the loop with physicians at milestones: consult scheduled, screening started, enrolled, or screen failed.
• Schedule meetings between referring physicians and Valkyrie Principal Investigators or Medical Director for clinical questions.
• Track referrals, manage the referral source directory, and provide regular updates to partners.
• Onboard new referring practices and maintain referral workflows with site leadership.
• Assist with scheduling during screening and ensure smooth handoffs to CRC at Cycle 1 Day 1.
