Flourish Research's Valkyrie Clinical Trials Century City, Los Angeles site is hiring a Nurse Supervisor, Oncology to lead daily nursing operations in a high-profile oncology clinical research setting. You will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination of nursing staff.

The role requires a BSN and CA RN license, with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience and 1+ year in leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an active California RN license.
Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
Oncology clinical research experience required.
GCP certification preferred; BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations in oncology clinical research.
Coordinate clinic and infusion workflows; liaison between nursing, providers, and study staff.
Lead infusion nursing tasks including IV infusions and injections per protocol; ensure source documentation is accurate.
Monitor compliance with GCP and regulatory standards; manage incidents and safety events.
Provide coaching, onboarding, and ongoing training for nursing staff; manage staffing needs.
