Placements24 is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join its oncology-focused CRO in Richards Bay. This office-based role requires frequent travel within the region to monitor trial sites, ensure data integrity, patient safety, and protocol adherence.

You will perform site qualification/initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, train site staff, and maintain robust site relationships to support cutting-edge cancer therapies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years as a CRA or similar clinical trial monitoring role.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Experience monitoring oncology trials is essential.
• Proficient in medical terminology and data verification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits per protocol and GCP.
• Ensure study conduct complies with protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Verify data accuracy through source data verification (SDV).
• Train site staff on procedures and data collection.
• Maintain relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Resolve data discrepancies and manage queries promptly.
• Ensure proper storage of study documents at sites.
• Report adverse events per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in investigator meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and action follow-ups.
