Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate to oversee trials in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This field-based role focuses on site monitoring, data quality, and regulatory compliance to support life-saving medicines.

The CRA will conduct site visits, SDV, training, and communication with investigators, travel extensively, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure study timelines are met and data integrity is maintained.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' CRA experience in pharma.
Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
Experience with SDV and site monitoring.
Strong communication and travel readiness.

Aufgaben

Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
Verify data via source data verification and ensure data integrity.
Ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Train and support site staff on procedures and data collection.
Coordinate with project teams to keep trials on track.
Monitor patient recruitment and site performance.
Maintain drug accountability and site communications.
