Job summary

OLX's Property24 division in Cape Town is seeking a Take-on Administrator to own the end-to-end onboarding for new real estate agency clients on the Property24 platform. You will link customers with Sales, Finance, CRM vendors, and technical support to ensure activation from signup to go-live.

You will coordinate onboarding documentation, set up profiles, manage timelines, and drive improvements to optimize the onboarding experience while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer onboarding, sales operations, account management, or customer success.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, technical data feeds/workflows, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of availability and dependability in a key operational role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new real estate agency clients and set up agency and branch profiles.
• Coordinate with external CRM vendors and technology partners for integrations.
• Serve as the main operational contact for new clients and internal teams.
• Monitor setup timelines, troubleshoot delays, and ensure compliance standards.
• Prepare onboarding updates and reports on metrics and pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to optimize onboarding workflows and improve customer experience.
