Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager to lead and innovate onboard guest entertainment aboard our cruise ships.

You will design engaging programs for all ages, oversee a team of performers and technicians, and collaborate with Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver cohesive experiences. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, and at least 3 years of cruise or entertainment leadership experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, performing arts, or a related field.
Proven leadership and communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in cruise entertainment or similar fast-paced environments is preferred.
Sound, lighting, and stage management knowledge is a plus.
Fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a diverse entertainment program onboard the cruise ship for guests of all ages.
Supervise and manage a team of entertainment staff, including performers and technicians.
Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive entertainment experiences.
Plan and oversee special events and themed nights with flawless execution.
Maintain high quality and professionalism across entertainment offerings.
Manage the entertainment budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Seek new and innovative entertainment ideas to engage guests.
Address guest complaints related to entertainment and resolve promptly.
Ensure entertainment activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Train and develop entertainment staff to uphold high standards of performance and service.
