Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, OR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in logistics planning or route optimization.
• Experience with RouteXL or OptimoRoute is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient delivery routes for the company fleet.
• Utilize route optimization software to plan daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Analyze data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to follow optimized routes.
• Manage fleet capacity and allocate vehicles to meet demand.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to understand delivery needs.
• Maintain records of routes, times, and costs.
