Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair across client sites.
• Supervise on-site team and allocate tasks to ensure quality work.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and supervise related trades as required.
• Attend site call-outs and conduct planned maintenance as needed.
• Maintain digital records, reports and checklists for site operations.
