Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in general building and facilities maintenance.
• Experience supervising or managing a team on-site.
• Trade-related qualification or technical certificate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs across multiple client sites.
• Supervise and support on-site team members, allocating tasks and ensuring standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
• Assist Electrical, HVAC, and Handy Man teams as required.
• Attend to site call-outs and planned maintenance.
• Maintain daily site checks and complete administration (digital job cards, reports, invoices).
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures.
