Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising on-site construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct on-site construction personnel, including trades and laborers.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, and compliant with plans and codes.
• Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of trade activities on site.
• Monitor workmanship quality to meet standards.
• Maintain clean, organized construction sites and safety practices.
• Manage on-site material delivery and inventory.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate progress and issues with Site/Project Managers.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
• Support enforcement of company policies on site.
