Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Foreman or supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Understanding health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction site crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage delivery and inventory of materials and equipment on site.
• Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safety culture on site.
• Identify and report site issues, defects, or hazards to the Project Manager.
• Assist in planning and scheduling daily work activities.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and secure.
• Maintain good relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
• Perform basic site checks and quality inspections as required.
