Placements24 is seeking an experienced On-Site Cleaning Supervisor for a dynamic facility in Tembisa. You will lead a cleaning team, supervise daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role involves staff training, inventory management, quality control, and collaboration with facilities staff to maintain a pristine and healthy environment for occupants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to monitor cleanliness, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper procedures, safety guidelines, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules tailored to the facility's operational needs.
• Address any cleaning-related concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
