• Provide efficient first call resolution to client service issues across omni-channel platforms.
• Improve client service experience and drive engagement and potential growth.
• Handle tasks allocated through omni-channel communication with clients as the first point of contact.
• Participate in communications with clients via telephone, email, messaging apps and social media.
• Escalate complex client service issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
