ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking an Oil and Gas (Petroleum) Fiscal/Economic Modeler / Revenue Specialist in Cape Town, South Africa. The role focuses on technical, regulatory, environmental, and financial management for energy development projects.

The candidate will conduct economic analyses, develop advanced market models, and provide expert reports for international clients, with emphasis on policy reform and financial mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, finance, statistics or computer science.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of consecutive employment in related roles within the past five years.
• Experience presenting research findings to broad audiences is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oil and Gas economic modeling and revenue forecasting for regulatory and policy analyses.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation of energy assets and support regulatory and M&A due diligence.
• Design of price controls and regulatory frameworks based on market and policy analysis.
• Prepare formal reports and presentations for internal and client use.
