Job summary

RMI Global Solutions seeks an experienced Offshore Nurse with NEBOSH to deliver frontline medical care and QHSE support on offshore projects. You will manage emergencies, maintain clinic readiness, and promote a strong safety culture.

Key duties include patient assessment, records maintenance, health promotions, and contributing to risk assessments and incident investigations while ensuring compliance with SMS and QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse and NEBOSH certification held.
• Experience in oil & gas, maritime, offshore, construction, mining, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong emergency response, communication, report-writing, and safety leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency, urgent, and routine medical care to personnel on site.
• Assess, treat, and manage patients until transfer or evacuation if required.
• Maintain medical records, equipment, supplies, and clinic readiness.
• Deliver health promotion initiatives, first aid training, and workforce wellness programs.
• Support safety inspections, risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Toolbox Talks (TBT), and incident investigations.
• Promote compliance with client Safety Management Systems (SMS) and RMI QHSE standards.
• Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance.
