Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Jr. Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in offensive cyber operations to translate operational needs into technical implementations.

This role bridges mission requirements with software development to support various OCO mission types including interactive, sustained, automated and identity operations. The candidate will work to provide operational context for feature development, help shape technical requirements, and assist with training materials and documentation

Qualifications

• 7+ years in offensive cyber operations or related fields
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements
• Experience with cyber tools, platforms, and infrastructure
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestration
• Experience supporting software development efforts
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• U.S. citizenship required

This position bridges the gap between mission needs and software development, ensuring that the unified solution effectively supports various OCO mission types including interactive, sustained, automated, and identity operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fields
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)
• Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements
• Experience with cyber tools, platforms, and infrastructure
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestration
• Experience supporting software development efforts
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Must be U.S. citizen

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($64,000-$128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
