Qualifications

• Degree in Oenology, Viticulture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of wine chemistry, fermentation science and stabilization techniques.
• Proficiency in laboratory analysis and interpretation of results.
• Experience with cellar operations and wine production management.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control at all winemaking stages.
• Conduct laboratory analyses of must, wine, and batches.
• Monitor fermentation processes, including yeast selection and nutrients.
• Assist in wine analysis, blends, and stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and winery standards.
• Maintain detailed production and cellar records.
