Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Toddler Caregiver for our early learning centre in Centurion. You will provide safe, nurturing care and engage toddlers in age-appropriate activities to support development.

Responsibilities include daily routines, observing milestones, communicating with families, and maintaining a clean, stimulating learning space. This part-time role offers flexible hours and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, especially with toddlers
• Patience and nurturing disposition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and reliable attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for toddlers
• Implement daily routines (feeding, napping, hygiene, diaper changes)
• Engage toddlers in age-appropriate play and activities
• Observe and document developmental milestones and concerns
• Communicate with parents about the child’s day and progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment
