The role focuses on daily care, observation, and gentle guidance of toddlers’ development, with emphasis on emotional, social, and cognitive growth, in collaboration with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience caring for toddlers or in an early childhood setting.
• Deep understanding of toddler development stages and needs.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
• Assist toddlers with daily routines, including feeding, diapering/toileting, and naps.
• Observe and document each child's development and progress, communicating with parents regularly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe environment.
