The ideal candidate holds an ECD qualification (NQF 4/5), has hands-on experience, strong communication with parents, and a genuine passion for early learning. First Aid is a plus; salary is competitive.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant ECD qualification (NQF 4/5).
• Experience with young children in ECD is required.
• Solid understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver play-based learning activities.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
• Observe progress and document development, with interventions as needed.
• Communicate with parents about progress and concerns.
• Create an organized, stimulating classroom environment.
