Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development (e.g., NQF Level 4 or 5 ECD qualification).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• Thorough understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children.
• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes exploration and learning.
