Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education best practices.
• Provide a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Observe and document children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively, promoting social skills and emotional intelligence.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and management regarding children's needs and progress.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, meals, and any incidents.
• Collaborate with other educators to plan and execute special events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a professional childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and practical application.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification is essential.
