Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, games, and outings to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Support the children's learning through engaging play-based activities, reading, and creative expression. Maintain open and consistent communication with the parents regarding the children's progress, behavior, and daily activities. Ensure the children's hygiene and personal care needs are met promptly and effectively. Manage children's schedules, including nap times, mealtimes, and extracurricular activities. Light housekeeping duties related to the children's immediate needs and play areas. Foster a positive and respectful relationship with the children, encouraging good manners and social skills.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nanny or Early Childhood Educator, with verifiable references. A formal qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of child development stages and best practices in childcare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both children and parents. First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory. A clean criminal record and background check. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans. Proficiency in English is essential.
