• Alternatively, five years of leadership experience in a hospital with a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if managing a specialist unit.
• Essential minimum experience: 5 years of professional nurse experience in a hospital.
• Essential minimum experience: 2 years of leadership experience in a hospital.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe patient care by meeting set clinical quality standards according to company policies and procedures.
• Mitigate clinical risks in the unit.
• Lead and manage the staff in the unit.
• Manage the unit's operational and capital expenses according to financial and budget guidelines.
• Maintain a positive client experience in the hospital.
