Job summary

Mediclinic seeks an Educator to design, deliver and assess Higher Education and Training programmes for our students and staff. The role involves classroom and practical facilitation, ensuring alignment with AHA standards and Mediclinic policies.

Ideal candidates will have a Professional Nurse background, with postgraduate education qualifications and at least 5 years' nursing experience including 1 year in training. Strong instructional design and group facilitation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Instructional Design (ADDIE) and the application thereof.
• Nursing SOPs and related policies.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Educator presents and facilitates Higher Education and Training programmes and courses for Mediclinic students and employees to acquire competence as independent healthcare practitioners. They provide both classroom and practical staff training.
