Job summary

Mediclinic invites applications for an Educator who will present and facilitate Higher Education and Training programmes for students and staff, delivering both classroom and practical training.

The role requires a Professional/General Nurse qualification, a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education, and at least five years’ nursing experience plus one year in higher education or training settings. Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design is essential.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Educator presents and facilitates Higher Education and Training programmes and courses for Mediclinic students and employees to acquire competence as independent healthcare practitioners. They provide both classroom and practical training.
