Job summary

Ionic Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading construction company in the North West. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and robust organisational skills, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates.

Qualifications

• Must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
• Coordinate site teams, materials, and project activities
• Maintain health & safety compliance across the site
• Monitor quality standards and project progress
