Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-profit program management or a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation frameworks for social programs.
• Degree in social sciences, public administration, or a related field.
