Job summary

Old Mutual Insure Limited in South Africa is seeking a results-oriented professional to support data collection, analysis and financial advice within a busy insurance team. You will engage in customer relationship management, sales of non-life products, and ensure compliance with FAIS and internal policies.

The role requires Grade 12, two years non-life insurance and direct sales experience, plus a valid driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NSC is required.
• FAIS compliance in Non-life Commercial product category.
• Minimum 2 years experience in non-life insurance.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Direct sales.
• Valid Driver's Licence with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis to identify key themes and trends.
• Provide specialist advice on policies, resolving queries and issues.
• Edit documents and prepare information for publication.
• Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.
• Manage relationships with existing customer accounts to identify decision-makers.
• Sell simple products and services while following standard protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and regulatory codes.
• Develop own capabilities through training and professional accreditation.
