The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, 2+ years of NLP experience, strong Python skills, and experience with libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers, plus TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with a focus on NLP.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for NLP tasks.
• Solid understanding of language technologies and NLP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy NLP models for applications including text classification, named entity recognition, and question answering.
• Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art NLP architectures such as Transformers (BERT, GPT, etc.).
• Process, clean, and manage large volumes of text data for training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into products.
• Evaluate and benchmark NLP model performance, iterating to improve accuracy and efficiency.
