A logistics company is urgently seeking a Shift Manager to join their team in the Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will manage shift operations to ensure service levels are met, oversee compliance with procedures, and handle staff training and development. Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience in warehousing and distribution, as well as relevant qualifications. Qualifications

• Grade 12 is compulsory with a Relevant Tertiary Degree.
• 3-5 Years' experience in Warehousing and Distribution.
• Intermediate to advanced Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift to achieve customer service levels.
• Monitor and enforce procedural compliance among staff.
• Responsible for shift planning, staffing, and equipment allocation.

Skills

Warehouse and Distribution knowledge

FMCG experience

Computer literacy (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

SAP skills

Education
